Channel Guide

The full Bunny Ears TV lineup. Over 200 TV channels organized into 10 packages, plus 50+ music stations powered by your Plex music collection. What actually shows up depends entirely on what is in your library. The more you have, the more channels light up.

How channels work

Bunny Ears TV does not stream its own content. Every channel runs metadata filters against your Plex library: genre, content rating, decade, audience rating, keywords, and more. A channel like "Horror Movies" only plays movies tagged as Horror in your Plex server. No horror movies? That channel stays empty. Call signs (like GENTV or HORRM) show up in the program guide alongside each channel name, just like real broadcast TV.

TV Channels

Organized by channel package. Basic channels are always free.

Basic

13 channels

Essential broadcast channels

CH 2

General Entertainment

GENTV

No filter, no rules. This channel reaches into your entire library and plays whatever it wants. Could be a documentary about penguins followed by a slasher film followed by a sitcom. Perfect for when you want the TV to make the decisions.

CH 3

Prime Drama

PDRMA

Serious storytelling only. Prestige cable energy. The kind of shows and movies where people stare out of rain-soaked windows and make life-altering decisions. No horror, no cartoons, no reality TV to break the mood.

CH 4

LOL Network

LOL

Pure comedy. Movies and shows that are actually trying to be funny, without horror or war movies sneaking in just because someone cracked a joke in the third act.

CH 5

Family Channel

FAMCH

Locked down to G, PG, TV-Y, TV-Y7, TV-G, and TV-PG. Nothing even slightly questionable gets through. Hand the remote to a six-year-old with total confidence.

CH 6

News & Talk

NWSTK

Talk shows, news programs, podcasts, and awards ceremonies. For when you want voices in the room discussing something other than Horcruxes or who the killer is.

CH 7

Reality TV

RLTBR

Whatever reality content lives in your library. Competition shows, docusoaps, dating nightmares, the works. No scripted drama pretending to be real.

CH 8

Primetime

PRIME

The good stuff. Drama, comedy, and thrillers filtered to a 7.0+ minimum rating. Think of it as a channel that only airs shows and movies that earned their time slot. No filler.

CH 9

Classic TV

CLSTV

TV shows from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Three decades of television before streaming existed. Laugh tracks, theme songs, and episode counts in the hundreds.

Comedy and talk programming for after the kids go to bed. Monologues, comedy specials, variety shows. The stuff that kept you up past midnight on school nights.

CH 11

Daytime

DAYTM

Light drama, romance, and soaps rated PG to TV-14. Nothing too heavy, nothing too dark. The television equivalent of leaving the curtains open.

Another completely unfiltered grab bag. Two channels of pure randomness means double the chances of stumbling into something you forgot you owned three years ago.

CH 13

Weekend Matinee

WKMAT

Animated TV shows rated for kids. Nothing scary, nothing adult, nothing live-action. Just cartoons the way Saturday mornings intended.

CH 22

FAMMV

G and PG movies only. Family, comedy, adventure, animation. Strictly movies, no shows. The whole family sits down, nobody covers anybody's eyes.

CH 23

Animated Movies

ANMOV

All animated and anime films, including the ones that push past PG. So this covers both the cute stuff and the more ambitious animated cinema that is not really for toddlers.

CH 24

Tween TV

TWNTV

That awkward age between cartoons and teen drama. Family, comedy, and drama shows rated TV-G and TV-PG. Old enough for real storylines, young enough for bedtime.

Cartoons and family shows from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s rated G through TV-Y7. Designed to recreate the experience of waking up way too early, pouring a questionable amount of cereal, and not moving for four hours.

13 channels

Laughs, games & good vibes
